• How does delivery at Denver International Airport work?

  I will deliver the vehicle to the East or West Garages alongside the main terminal. The guest is responsible for paying for parking on delivery, $7/hr up to a max of $35 to exit the lot. At the end of your trip, you simply return the vehicle to airport parking, grab your stuff, update the return location in the app along with a photo, and be on your way! I pay all parking fees when the vehicle is returned. - In most cases, I can deliver the vehicle within 1 hour of your trip start time to minimize costs. - On arrival, follow instructions in the parking location section of your trip details. - In case of travel delays, please communicate with me so that I can adjust schedules accordingly. - The Denver Airport Authority adds mandatory taxes to every reservation at the airport. If you would like to avoid these additional costs, please choose a different delivery location.

• How do the automatic tolls work?

  This vehicle is equipped with an ExpressToll sticker. Anytime you pass through a toll gate or use the HOV lanes, a toll will be automatically collected. After the conclusion of your trip, I will send you an invoice for any tolls incurred during your rental. Please make sure to follow toll lane access instructions carefully, violations are captured automatically via traffic camera and fines will be billed back to you, and can be substantial.

• How do I charge this vehicle?

  The charging port is located on the driver's side rear of the vehicle. It is a CCS charger (not Tesla supercharger compatible at this time). I recommend Electrify America chargers, as they're some of the only ones capable of handling the monster charging speeds this vehicle can pull. If you do not have experience with EVs, I am glad to provide you with more information or give you a quick tutorial, just let me know! Vehicle will be delivered with at least 80% battery. Please return within 10% of the starting charge level to avoid charging fees, or choose the "Prepaid Charging" option.

• Wait, no Apple CarPlay or Android Auto? How do I connect my phone?

  This vehicle has the Google OS integrated directly into the infotainment system. You can connect your phone through Bluetooth Wireless for calls and audio. Also, the following apps are available directly through the infotainment screen and are used just like you would on your phone or tablet: - Google Maps - Waze Navigation - Spotify

• Can I take this vehicle off-road?

  Using a gravel or otherwise un-improved road to access camp sites, trailheads, and remote areas is fine. However, true off-roading is strictly forbidden. Anywhere that you see signs stating "4WD Only", "High-Clearance Vehicle Only" or similar would be classified as off-road and would be a violation of the Turo terms of service. You are 100% liable for any vehicle damage resulting from permitted or prohibited use.

• Can I tow with this vehicle?

  No. Towing of any kind is strictly prohibited and is a violation of Turo terms of service.

• Can I bring my dog with me?

• Are winter tires or chains available for this vehicle?

  Yes! This vehicle is equipped with dedicated winter tires during the ski season for your safety and convenience! Please still drive slowly, give yourself more room, and use extra caution in slippery winter-time conditions. 4WD does NOT = shorter stopping distances.
