FAQ
Can I tow with this vehicle?
Towing is not allowed with any Turo vehicle. Due to insurance and libility with increased risk while towing, Turo doesnt allow towing with any rentals. If caught, you can be banned from the platform and risk being fined as well from Turo. You also void any covered insurance protection packages from Turo if something were to happen and it would be your sole responsibility for insurnace coverage.
Can we go on dirt roads to a mountain AirBNB?
Yes this is perfectly acceptable. The thing you cant do is go on off-road trails or dedicated 4x4 trails. Turo does not allow this for any vehicles on the platform and you risk being banned from the Turo if caught.
Is it possible to leave my car at the pickup location during my trip?
Yes! We have plenty of space for you to leave your car during your rental to save on an Uber/Lyft or finding someone to give you a ride! :) We know that finding a ride is difficult at times and we have a big parking lot that you are able to park in during your trip if you choose.
Can I go on toll roads or is there a toll pass in the car?
Yes, there is a toll pass in the car. This DOES NOT mean that tolls are free though. It just allows you to go on toll roads and pay a discounted rate. You will be billed 4-6 weeks after your trip has been completed with any tolls that you went through during your trip.
