⛽️ Please return Lance with the same amount of fuel as when you picked him up. 🏔 No off-roading. 🧼 Lance will be clean and sanitized prior to your pickup, but he'll probably not be perfectly "immaculate." We do use him on a regular basis, after all. That said, he will be tidy, fueled up, and ready for your use. 😊

What type of fuel does Lance use?
Lance uses unleaded gasoline, and we typically just use regular or mid-grade fuel when we fill him up.
How much storage room does Lance have?
Lance's truck bed is 5'7" long.
Is a tent included?
No, a truck-bed tent is not included, but is available as an add-on.
How about toll roads?
Using toll roads (such as E-470) will result in charges. Once we receive a toll bill, we will simply charge your account through Turo. (Roads such as E-470 use license plates to charge vehicles, so there is no cash option).
What if I have other questions?
You're welcome to contact us through the Turo app or our cell phone number (we can give that to you during pick-up).
Can I go off-roading with Lance?
Sorry, we do not allow off-roading with Lance (it's actually a Turo rule, too).
Can you deliver the truck to the airport?
I'm sorry, but the airport does not allow Turo hosts to deliver vehicles to guests at the airport, nor do they allow us to leave keys in parked vehicles.
How do I get from the airport to the pick-up (and drop-off) location?
Simple answer: take the bus. We use the bus to go to the airport all the time and love how convenient it is (and it's a ton cheaper than Lyft or Uber). I've prepared detailed instructions (with links) on how to do it. Just let me know if you'd like me to send those instructions to you, and I'll be happy to do so. If you prefer to figure it out on your own, here's the essentials: buy a bus ticket in the Uber app, board the AB1 Line from DIA to the South Broadway & Dartmouth Ave stop in Boulder. Send me a text while you're on the way, and I'll meet you at that final stop.
