Although the van did break down on me(which happens) I’d say the service was pretty good the woman dealing with me really tried to rectify the situation.. the only issue I had was the night of I messaged the host and the communication wasn’t very good.. but the next day everything was dealt with.. I think more could’ve been done in my eyes but not sure who that would fall on the host or turo... so I’m basing my rating on the service I got from woma, if it werent for her my rating probably would’ve been a 2
