The van was extremely clean and worked very well for us. This was our first time with turo and we had no issues. We were a bit late for pickup and Alex was great to work with.

The vehicle was as in good condition, tires look new, spares included. The only problem was the host Alex D. He doesn't listen to what you're trying to say. He only want you to hear what he wants to say. He did his math wrong and said that we went over our included miles by 382. When looking at HIS pictures that he posted of the beginning/ending odometer, we only went over by 112. BUT this is not the problem, the problem is that he wont listen to you when you try to tell him. He keeps saying that you went over the included miles now you have to pay additional fees. Please be aware that there are additional fees blah blah blah... I said ALEX, I'm aware of the fees but please DO YOUR MATH AGAIN. He ignored me and told me to talk to TURO. I did and they fixed my invoice.

The vehicle was in perfect condition and my service was excellent!! You are a liar and terrible person for trying to scam me and not pay for the additional distance you drove my vehicle!
