Eduardo was attentive and The van is very spacious and drove well thankfully. I wasn’t sure what to expect because When we received the van, it had various service lights on. I another downside is the first time we opened the back door to load the van. The Mercedes emblem fell off immediately seems it wasn’t adhered well and we are being charged with that damage even though it was not our fault. Another downside was only one of the TVs worked. I had to ask how to use the TVs before hand I was not given prior instructions, and then to top it off we couldn’t even listen to the one TV that worked because we needed headsets and again we’re not told this Before hand. When we returned the car, we were told it had to be hand washed even though it was just a little dusty, nothing crazy, and on the description of the rules, it says they would charge for cleaning only if very dirty. We swept the inside and the outside was just a bit dusty so further cleaning wasn’t needed. So cleaning instructions are very confusing.
