To ensure we deliver the best customer service, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to LAX. However, please note that additional fees are directly allocated to LAX and the parking facility. For example, each time you utilize the parking shuttle for pick up or drop off, there will be a $35 fee. This fee covers the shuttle service, airport taxes, and provides you with the peace of mind option to park close to the airport and utilize a private shuttle to and from the parking area to your terminal. We kindly request that you adjust your trip plans accordingly or reach out to us for alternative options.

We enjoyed the vehicle, however the A/C struggles to keep up, especially in the back. The sliding door does not open from the inside, so someone has to jump out and open it each time. Also, the gas tank cover does not stay closed.
