Worst experience…no words to describe. The car oil change was past due for about 7k miles…the car had very little cooling in the radiator and a leak causing the engine to overheat in the middle of the desert driving from LA to Vegas. Owner and Turo were useless…couldn’t provide any help or resolution. We were stranded with 11 people …ended up being towed by the sheriff about 45 miles to state line. Had to pay $400 for towing and as a courtesy I didn’t leave this junk in the desert and had it towed to a nearby casino with us. Had to get 2 Ubers and pay close to $450 to take us to Vegas from state line after waiting for 4-5 hrs between tow truck and uber ride. Gets better, Turo and the owner rarely answered my calls and kept disappearing or hanging up on me since I calling so many times.
They couldn’t provide a replacement car . Had to rent another van from AVR , paid $600 for one way to come back to LA. Turo is shit and so is this vehicle. Avoid at all costs.

Tires might need balanced. Steering wheel shakes at 67+ mph
The headlights work, right one is just pointed down to the floor instead of ahead. The car overall felt safe and healthy and got us to our destination.
