This van is in excellent condition. Good to rent if you have a group of 8 including the driver and is in great shape well taking care of. Vehicle must be returned in same condition as it went out unless you paid for post cleaning for a fee. Does not have sliding door. No SMOKING IN THE VEHICLE $150 FEE and oder removal plus clean up. The van only driven in the USA NO PETS ALLOWED Any parking tickets received will be billed to your account plus fees charged by Turo. Toll charges as well. Most return van on time we have back to back rents. Late return will be charged a late fee per Turo guidelines

You will hit the top of van and you will have to pay the fee to fix damage top of van. NEED 8 FEET clearances to enter

That’s not true. The car is not beat up. You were the only person to leave a review like that. I’m not sure what you think is beat up, but it’s not. I don’t know why you would say something like that. I don’t think I deserve that.

To keep it short and simple, the van broke down, and the host did not apologize or take any responsibility for his actions. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a host. I'm not upset that the van broke down; I'm upset with how the situation was handled. His handling of the situation was extremely poor and unprofessional. He deserves a 1-star review.

The Van did not break down. They hit a switch and it turned off. I tried to explain to them how to reset the vehicle, but they didn’t speak English and didn’t understand. So they don’t like me and then they try to sabotage my business by giving me a one star and leaving this review. Turo did not help me and they left the review so that’s what happens when people don’t like you. They try to sabotage your business and leave you unjustified review about it. It’s pretty a shame people can do this.
