There is no parking in the parking lot or on the street so please plan accordingly! If you are flying in please provide your airline and the time you land. Sprinter 2
This vehicle was an emergency swap to a Sprinter that had air conditioning problems. Sadly the response of the host to that review of the initial Sprinter was very disappointing, but expected.
The whole issue was a result of a host who refuses to take accountability. The host will mention again and again how he’s been on this platform for over 10 years, how he owns over 15 of these vehicles, and how it’s most likely your problem. Never will there be an admittance of fault, an apology, nor an attempt to be compassionate.
This vehicle had multiple issues such as tire pressures, underperforming a/c, energency vehicle only warning signs, all of which led to a miserable trip to a scorching Nevada and ended with literally the vehicle getting towed back to the host.
I have zero interest in negatively affecting anyone’s business especially with something as petty as a negative review. However when all a host is interested in is being boisterous with a haughty attitude while being careless about the situation you’re in because of no one other than
himself, perhaps it’s important to issue a warning to others.
As long as his vehicles are still brand new or near new, chances are you’ll be in luck and have no problems. If you do have a problem, however, be prepared to deal with someone who believes his so called status earns him a right to belittle you and address the issue in a nonchalant way.
I have nothing but positive things to say about TURO who were exemplary in finding solutions along the way from roadside assistance to aiding in resolving the matter either the host.
No matter what the host will write, I wish him well and plead with him to find better mechanics to maintain the vehicles. Attitude is also everything, there’s absolutely no reason to berate a customer nor to attempt to blame them for things that were never their fault.

This vehicle is perfect, there was rocks that got into the fan stopping it from turning, took one hour to fix. I had our mechanic drive an hour in a half to try and fix and brought back up van to swap. Pretty amazing customer service I would say. If we didnt have more then one sprinter you would of had to find a different ride. I have been on this platform for almost 10 years and I have never had a guest write me such long offensive messages.
