Faqs
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Due to the size of the van, there will be a mandatory $200 cleaning fee if not returned cleaned and washed. You also have the option to purchase post trip cleaning for $200.
Do you offer car seats, and any other amenities?
We have these amenities. Please ask for further details when booking the car. - Baby Seat - Infant Seat - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install car seat. - 12V DC to AC inverter for 120V output. - Large Cooler for trip rent
Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Unleaded 87 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $350 for detail and cleaning services.

Victor made this process very easy from pick up to drop off. The Black Mamba van was outstanding. We had multiple people complimenting us about this van as we stopped from place to place. Surprisingly simple vehicle to drive and operate digital equipment. Smooth driving with great power and the interior is so well done. We felt like we were driving in style and it felt safe at the same time. Our next rental for the long haul will be with Victor and the Black Mamba!!
