Fantastic vehicle in great shape - with all the latest electronics. Stereo and Adaptive Cruise Control in this vehicle are superb. The host was very responsive and helpful for our first Turo rental. Drop-off and pick-up service was also a real upgrade from a traditional rental agency experience. Highly recommended.

Kemeisha was fantastic! We needed a car seat for our son and she installed the seat for us prior to us picking up the car. She was extremely responsive and was understanding when we had to extend our trip and return the car in a huge rush to get back to the airport as we had an emergency situation occur. The car was great, Kemeisha was great and we'll definitely book with her again if we're ever back in Austin!

I really enjoyed renting llisapesi's EcoSport for almost a week. It was fun to drive, economical and in great condition. Ilisapesi's communication pre and post rental was amazing. Details were included in her instructions for pick up/drop off, and she was also available for instant friendly and helpful communication. This was my first time using Turo and Michael was an extraordinary host. My flight was very delayed and he was so accommodating and helpful. I was traveling solo, and he put my mind at ease by parking the car in an area that was easy to find and giving me a detailed description of how to get there. The car was clean and in great condition. I highly recommend renting from Michael!

To explain this experience, I’m going to have to go back to the late 1200s for reference. Pope Benedict XI sent a messenger to an artist named Giotto di Bondone asking for an example of his artistic prowess. Instead of painting something massive or intricate, Giotto simply sent back the most perfect circle ever drawn by hand to date. It was so perfect it seemed he drew it using two compasses but he defended his work to the Pope and was proved to be authentic. While that was pretty cool, this rental experience was far better. Dustin was accommodating when I had to extend at the last minute. He made sure the car was easy to find and it was show room clean. When I got to the car, it was easy to find and he had the AC blowing when the thing turned on. So great a rental…..even ok Giotto is jealous. I would surely rent from Dustin again given the chance.
