Jianlou was great to communicate with, clear instructions and also was accommodating to help with picking up the van from the airport. The van was spotless and clean. Will definitely book with him again.

A great vehicle for travelling with friends. Handled 9 of us and our bags excellently and had no issues. Easy to pick up and drop off near a Skytrain station, and the host was very friendly and responded quickly.

Jianlou and his wife were the loveliest people to deal with. They went out of their way to help us
as a party of 6 with an elderly 87 year old grandma. They showed amazing kindness and care and we are so thankful to have booked with them. They were also very responsive with messages.
The Nissan was perfect for our trip as a large party with 6 suitcases plus hand luggage, and the vehicle handled all of it. A smooth ride, no hassles, a well serviced, clean and very comfortable vehicle, together with wonderful hosts made our trip to BC relaxed and memorable and we would recommend Jianlou 200%.

Drove to Banff/Canmore. Rented car for 7 days. Host as before was amazing in responsiveness and easy quick pick up and drop off and flexible with timings. Car was very sturdy and held well during severe thunderstorm and hailstorm in Banff.
