Can I give a zero rating?
Brandon rented a van knowing it had a broken front window winder. Didn’t tell me and his advice when I messaged him was that he knew about the problem and to just push it forward to stop it jamming. He didn’t make an offer to reduce the rental cost. The van is “rent a wreck” quality with long scrapes/dents on both sides, likely from underground carpark pylons. It has poke through rust patches and a minimal folding rear seat that I believe is only suitable for small people/children. Charging $100/day for this vehicle is a scam. The same 2017 LDV G10 commercial van with dents/damage is for sale for $5000 on carsales. I cancelled the hire. Is Turo going to review Brandon as a host.
