Anna's jeep was perfect for driving around the island with my family! She was so helpful and very accommodating with pick up and drop off options. Anna was also very helpful with information about the island and places to visit while we were on the Island. Highly recommended for everyone! Don't waist your time with over priced rental car companies!

Amazing. Car was immaculate and fully gased. I got the snorkel equipment and chairs. They were in excellent condition. Mary and Martin are phenomenal hosts for Turo! We greatly enjoyed driving the Nissan Kicks and enjoyed the great gas mileage of this spacious little car. Mary was extremely flexible and allowed us to extend the rental without any trouble. I highly recommend requesting this car and these hosts for any trip to the Big Island. Our First time to use Turo, but certainly not the last. Five Star + !

Great host! Car is brand new, super clean, came with all weather mats, wireless CarPlay is a plus, and to top it off I got over 40mpg! Communication was great.

Al’s wife delivered the car 30 minutes early The car looked like it came off the show room floor We returned the car 30 minutes early and Al was waiting for us at the hotel I am a first time user and wish Al would be at every destination also loved the music selection that was playing when we got in the cars. My husband and I rented the Jeep to take a day trip up to the summit of Mauna Kea. We had a great trip! The Jeep was clean, in great condition and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.

We had a great vacation on the Big Island. A major part of that was due to Joyce. Joyce was professional, informative, trustworthy, responsive, and flexible. One fear using Turo is that car rental can be cancelled and we would be without a car when we arrive in Kona. Joyce did not do that and delivered her car to us at Kona airport on time so we can start our vacation ASAP and not waste time. She also worked with us to pick up the car at our hotel and helped us arrange a ride to the airport from our hotel. Her car, which fit our family of 5 adults comfortably, was clean and came with iPhone charging wires, grocery bags (no disposable grocery bag in Hawaii), small cooler to keep food cold, umbrellas for the occasional showers, disinfecting wipes, and hand sanitizers, and a car wash service when we needed to clean the sand off. When spending thousands of dollars to have a few days of vacation in paradise, the last thing my family wants to deal with is logistic issues. I trust Joyce to provide a smooth car rental experience and she definitely went above and beyond to make our vacation amazing.

Jasmine’s 4Runner was immaculate and very comfortable for my family of 5. Was very easy to communicate with Jasmin and we even extended our rental by a few hours. We drove around the island in rain and heat. Car very smooth, AC was great, felt very safe and will use again if needed to.

Communication was quick and great. Vehicle is clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend for a trip around the island. Comfortable. Good AC and sound system. Drop off was easy even though it was late at night.

We needed a larger car for the 6 of us, and there were no rentals from the major companies to be found. Anna’s highlander was sturdy and clean. There are dings and bumps and scratches (always take photos before getting into your rental), but we didn’t care about that. Anna answered our messages very quickly, and she was pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Anna and her highlander for your trip.
