This was an awesome opportunity and experience. I wanted to drive a gladiator for a few days in various conditions before making a decision to purchase. I loved it and plan to buy one! The truck was clean and beautiful inside and out, and pick up and and return was really easy. Ryan was flexible in pick up time and communicated quickly and very well. I gave 4 stars for only one reason: during the trip, the check engine light came on. I communicated with Ryan, who told me to keep driving and that he'd have it checked out after my trip. The jeep still drove ok, but I was a bit stressed out about this situation and it impeded my enjoyment of the rental a bit. I hope the jeep's ok!

Yes, I apologize the check engine light came on during your trip. I receive daily diagnostics reports from the Jeep’s system. There was no serious issue and the system will alert me if there ever is. Sometimes the sensors can just be a bit extra sensitive. The light went off soon after the Jeep was returned and the most diagnostic report came back excellent. Thanks again for booking with me!
