Could I extend My trip if I wanted to?
It is possible for you to extend your trip you would just have to contact me first because it could possibly be booked for another client.
Offer E-ZPass?
No, we do not have E-ZPass for the cars . You can still go through the E-ZPass Lane but you would get bill sent to you eventually of Toll.
Do you mind smoking?
Yes, I charge $250 for any lingering smell of marijuana or tobacco.
Can I come earlier than scheduled to ‘Pick Up’ a car?
No, you cannot come early to pick up any vehicle.
Could I ‘Drop-Off’ the vehicle earlier than scheduled?
Yes, that is fine. You can Drop off a vehicle ‘earlier’ but you cannot be ‘Late’ dropping off a Vehicle. Contact me through Turo first for Confirmation of earlier drop off.
What are the ‘Late Fees’?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle, Each 30 minutes you’re late you will get charged.
Does each car have to have a full tank before returned?
Yes, each car has to be returned with a FULL gas tank, not partial. We will charge a $10 inconvenience fee regarding Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.

Dreadful service. I got screwed out of adding a third day on a two day rental so I found another car and downgraded to one day. It has been over a week and i have not seen that refund. Anyway, I was literally 100 minutes late to return the next day and couldn’t find parking. Before hitting the two
Hour late mark I texted with them and they said to go to the car wash next door. I did that and the people there made me go through the car wash. I didn’t know
This wasn’t standard. Not only did I have to
Pay for the wash, I got nailed for being over two hours late because of how long the wash took; and they charged me for the second day as part of Turo’s standard rules on being late. They blame Turo’s rules but they knew I was there. They just took advantage of the fact that the car wash tricked me and I lost in the end. I didn’t deserve any of this.
