First-time Turo renter here, but what a great experience working with John C. I've never felt any comfortable when it comes to renting cars! John was very responsive, and it was apparent I had lots of questions about the process. However, he provided accurate information throughout and couldn't give any reasons not giving the highest rating. The process was simple and straight out, but I wanted to be sure and confirm with questions. I've checked other postings, but they were too far, and John's MY was the closest to me and liked the fact that I could schedule it anytime and had no restrictions as far as pickup and dropoff time. I don't know what else to say, but as a first-time user, this was the most convenient and most accessible way to rent an MY. Now the MY, what an excellent piece of EV with supercharging availability almost everywhere? John's MY was so clean and professional, I felt like driving it out from the dealer lot. It's was the most fantastic experience, and thanks to John's MY for offering this to our family!

I was kind of skeptical about renting a vehicle through Turo, but I was pleasantly surprised! The ease of navigation and simplicity in locating a vehicle within my area so quickly was remarkable. John was great with breaking down all the steps and answering any and all questions I had. He responses were efficient and his vehicle was just as specified. Using Turo instead of a conventional car rental place was such a good decision. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

There are two sides to car rental, the car itself and the humanistic approach of kindness. The car was professionally detailed and very clean. There was more than enough space. We were delighted that we could start the trip with a full tank of gas. Then there is the humanistic approach which just increased the entire value proposition for our trip; Yul & Merie are so nice. We would rent again from these super hosts!

Rented this cool Jeep from Jonathan - the SUV is only 3 months old! I am considering buying the same model so I figured the best way to determine if I want to buy one was to drive it around for the day. Jeep was very clean and had a few mods to it. Nice leather seats. He had funky woolly mats that my wife loved. I liked it - it was fun. The ride was much better than the Wranglers that I have owed (1997 and 2013). Not bumpy or loud. No complaints from my wife! When I was looking for Jeeps in the South Bay, his Jeep was the only one with the hybrid engine which is super important when you factor in refilling the tank at the end of your rental. This thing drove mostly electric while I had it. KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN RENTING JEEPS! Jeeps have a 21 gallon tank, so if your aren't driving a hybrid and you have to fill it up, that would be about $100-120 more on your rental!

Loved driving John’s new bronco around! It was very spacious which was what I needed for work and actually did really well on gas which I was surprised about! John was extremely helpful and available my entire trip. Everything was seamless and the car was amazing! Still had the new car smell. Loved it!

Really well-maintained, nice-riding vehicle, with plenty of headroom for those over 6ft tall. Very comfortable, even on a 9-hour drive, and even managed 39 mpg over 400 miles of highway driving. Highly recommended.
