Pet policy violation: If you return a vehicle with an excessive amount of pet hair or if you transport a pet without permission in a vehicle not labeled as “pet friendly,” your host can charge you a pet cleaning fee of $150*. Turo will charge an additional 3% processing fee. Cleaning policy violation fee: If you return the car in a condition that could have only resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may charge you a violation fee of $150* plus an additional 3% processing fee. In some circumstances and at our full discretion, we may also remove you from Turo. CITATIONS, TOLLS, FAST TRACK: If we receive any road fees such as citations, tolls or fast track lanes, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE to reimburse all fees issued to the vehicle. TOW, IMPOUND: If the vehicle is ticketed, towed, or impounded for any reason while in your care, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for all fees assessed & a $250 convenience fee will be charged. PARKING: When parking by the curb, please make sure you slowly park and pay attention to your surrounding so you don’t scratch or damage the wheels or car against the curb or nearby objects. A scratch or scuff on the wheels will result in a $250 per damaged wheel fee. Any damages to the car will be subject to estimated repair cost. CLEANLINESS: NO FOOD/EATING IN VEHICLE Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. If outside gets little dirty, just let us know and return it as is. There won't be any charges, we would prefer to hand wash the car. If there is any unusual staining, odors, or damage to the interior of the vehicle YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE to reimburse all fees for repairs and/or cleaning.
