• TRIP EXTENSIONS What happens if my trip runs longer than I expected?

  From experience 85% of trips booked require a trip extension; simply go into your reservation in TURO and request an extension. TURO will calculate the additional cost. As long as there is not a reservation immediately after your trip, we will approve the extra time. You must also submit for a trip extension at least two hours before the trip ends so we have sufficient time to approve the request. Communication here is the key!

• CLEANING How do I manage post trip clean-up?

  Please go through a professional car wash and clean the vehicle before returning at the end of your reservation. By cleaning out the vehicle it ensures that all personal belongings are out of the vehicle! The vehicle you are driving has an Unlimited car wash account at Mister Car Wash. https://mistercarwash.com/locations/?zip_code=houston Grocery store and gas station tunnels have resulted in damage claims! DO NOT USE. Hosts will be able to charge a $150 violation fee for abusive and irresponsible cleaning issues.

• REFUELING Do I have to refuel the car at the end of my trip?

  Yes! Please top off the tank and you will not receive a reimbursement request. We recommend stopping at a gas station once you're within 5 miles of your destination. Example: Do not fill up on the south side of Houston when you're returning the car to Bush Intercontinental Airport on the north side. For convenience TURO offers the "prepaid fueling" extra for post-trip return. It is priced within reason considering you are paying for a full tank of fuel and the convenience of not having to go to the gas station! Pro-Tip: You can avoid the hassle altogether by taking care of this at the start of your reservation. Purchase the prepaid refueling extra.

• DRIVERS Can anyone drive during my rental time? How do I add additional drivers?
