  • What happens if I bring a pet in a car that prohibits pets?

  • Should you purchase damage protection?

    Yes, I would suggest a renter purchase damage protection to limit your total out-of-pocket expenses in case something unforeseen happens. I would recommend, AT LEAST, the STANDARD PROTECTION, which will limit your out of pocket expenses to $500. You never know when someone will hit you, or you hit something, or someone slashes the tires on the vehicle you rented. Go ahead and spend the extra money to protect yourself! You could be saving yourself hundreds, to thousands of dollars.

  • What happens if I smoke in the car?

  • What happens if the vehicle is returned unreasonably dirty?

We had a fantastic trip with Frankie's Nissan Frontier. Pickup was super easy, and she met us at the terminal for drop off! It was definitely nice to have the cap on the truck for all our camping gear. Everything was super clean upon pick up as well. Frankie answered any questions we had and was super easy to work with. I highly recommend Frankie for a host in Seattle!

Frankie was fantastic and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! The truck was freshly cleaned, with a full tank of gas and we were met at arrivals with a smile. Returning the car was just as convenient and she was flexible to let us keep the truck a little longer. I would absolutely rent from Frankie again and will add her as a favorite for future reference.

Frankie and her vehicle were great. She met us at the arrival gate when arrived and we were off and away in 2 minutes and she was on time and waiting at departures when we got there and we got our luggage and walked into the airport. Such an improvement over traditional rental car. I will rent from Frankie again for sure!
