Great for the price. Muffler needs some work though.

Truck was great, efficient and good on gas. Exhaust was a little loud but didn’t affect our trip. Many responded very quickly when needed.

Our host was amazing and provided such a seamless experience. Car was very clean, worked great, and was absolutely wonderful! Thanks again!

Car was parked to far for us. We weren’t expecting a 28 min walk from baggage claim to get it

Unfortunately, I can't leave a great review due to communication issues.
I'll start with the car it was clean and in the location provided. It worked well with no issues for my trip. The muffler was incredibly loud. I'm not sure if it is enhanced or just needs a new muffler. Otherwise, it was fine.

The pickup, Many, communicated well and gave directions for the airport pick up. Unfortunately, it was difficult for me. My airline flew into terminal 1, and apparently, the car is parked close to terminal 2, which I did not realize. I asked directions to the parking from the info both at airport and they did give them, but it was confusing. In retrospect, I think there is a bus to take from terminal to terminal, which would make sense, but this was my first time at this airport. So just something to take extra note of it's a 40min walk carrying my luggage in the rain from terminal 1. So make sure you find the way to terminal 2 for Mary's directions that are supposed to be a 2-minute walk.
Knowing this, I would have not spent $55 for the airport pick-up.
These were both things I feel I would have just messaged to Many privately if my drop off hadn't happened how it did.
My main complaint was on my return day, my flight was delayed by several hrs, I messaged Many to ask if I could return late, he said no, which is fine, I then asked if it was possible for them to pick up the truck at my hotel as it was less then a mile from one of their drop off lots and then I could uber to airport later. Many agreed to this, but then once I was home, I was charged a late fee, improper return, and extra day of $122.64. What is upsetting is the poor communication and simply stating that there would be additional fees not just that it is fine, would have saved this issue. Instead I was given surprise charges that nearly totalled half of the rate of my entire rental. I would have dropped car and ubered if I knew there was going to be extra fees, I thought Many was being an amazing host going above and beyond and would have been given a 5star review. I would have even accepted the $30 for Late return but $122....when I called turo and asked to dispute it, Many refused to change the fees when they talked to him.
Anyways, communication is key for me.
As long as everything on your trip is straightforward and you have no need for adjustments or changes and you're okay with a loud muffler, then it is still a good rental for a small pickup truck.
