I will never book with this host I rented a car for me and 3 kiddos no AC plus the car was really dirty. Then I waited 1 hr and assed my reservation time to get a different car. Same thing car was really dirty inside plus no registration for the vehicle in the glove department and to top it off the dash board was notifying me that it needs oil change. Horrible experience ever I do not recommend them at all.

First of all you rented a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and the AC worked fine. It just didn’t work to your likings. And then we upgraded you into a way newer car at no additional charge. And we offered to wash the car for you and you said you were in a rush.
