DO NOT intend to use this vehicle for towing or moving purposes PLEASE NOTE: As the primary driver, you are responsible for the booking and have to be present for both pick up and drop off as per TURO’s policy. To add any additional drivers, first make sure they have signed up for their own account. Once they are approved to drive, you can then add them to this booking with the email address associated with their account for free. No one other than the approved drivers are allowed to drive the car per the TURO Terms of Service. Due to health reasons, smoking and pets are not allowed. This will result in a substantial fine charged and other measures as per TURO’s policy.

• Trip duration and limitation.

  You only allow to drive the car locally. You may be able to take instate trip with the car owner pre-approval.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

  Car will usually come with a full tank of gas if not please return it at same gas level with 91 premium octanes. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. Details please see here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990730-Fuel-policy”. However, we offer post trip service that includes refueling the gas and cleaning service for only $10 extra to the gas receipt. For instance if you return the car half tank we will take it to the nearest gas station and fill it back up to full, then post the gas receipt into trip photos and send you the exact gas cost + $10 Turo inconvenience fee which also covers cleaning cost. Take advantage of this convenient service!

• Pick up and drop off time frame?

  Based on Turo policy you have up to 30 min to pick up or return the car with the owner permission other than that you need to modify the reservation to avoid late fees. To avoid cancellation please keep us in the loop and use the messaging option on the app to keep us informed!

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Feel free to use the post-trip service fee and return the car hassle free without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. However please do not have any food, animal hair, and mud in the car.

• Turo doesn't allow towing usage

  You are not allow to use this vehicle for towing or moving purposes. You will be responsible for any interior damages to the vehicle

• LAX Delivery

  Instruction for 🛬 Pickups / Drop-offs 🛫 at LAX : If you selected the LAX delivery service, your reserved car will be delivered to LAX Economy lot and requires you to take a free shuttle from the LAX. We will deliver the car based on your reservation starting and you will be responsible for parking fee if you check in late.
