Overall the car was perfect for my trip. It was clean and it was super easy to get in contact with the host.

The Jeep didn’t have a full tank of gas when we picked it up and had a smoke smell on the inside. The rear tires were bald which caused us to slide all over the road. It rained our whole entire trip which made it very hard for us. Other than that Kaz was great at communicating with us.

Great communication throughout the trip. Drop off and pick up procedure was very easy. It was the perfect vehicle for a family vacation.

Terrible. When we picked up the Jeep, it did not have a full tank of fuel, it was not clean, smelled of smoke, was way over due for an oil change and the rear tires had bald spots. When I communicated this with him, he wanted me to to help find a “used” tire shop. After claiming he could not find one, he said he was a victim of a tire swap. Nope. The tires matched the spare. He also claimed that whoever he had ready the car for us, did so without his final approval, so we were handed the rental in bad shape without his knowing. Right. The communication from Kaz was terrible. Avoid doing business with him.
