I will send you detailed directions for pickup when I deliver the truck. There will be lockbox with the truck key on the window. I will send you lockbox key once verify your ID This truck has plenty of room for your luggage. 4x4. Seats six passengers. It has 8 feet long bed. Plenty of power to drive Colorado mountains roads! Feel free to contact me with any questions! This truck has toll roads transponder. Toll charges will be billed after trip is over

Matt, I'm sorry to hear that. There were no known mechanical issues at the time you got the possession of the vehicle. Turo offered free vehicle swap which you declined and instead performed unauthorized mechanical work which is against Turo policy. You also failed to provide receipt from mechanic. I also didn'tcharge you for half of the fuel tank as a courtesy I take very seriously every mechanical issue to ensure every guest has safe and comfortable experiences

Benjamin By far is the best host I ever had!!! I had an emergency and had to end trip early and Benjamin had no problem accommodating!!!! My flight Unfortunately got cancel!! Guess who saved the day!!! Thats right Benjamin!!! Once again accommodating and making it easy for me to book again 1 million stars
