Guidelines
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside the vehicle. If any sign of smoking or vaping is detected a $500 detailing fee will be added to the original cleaning fee. Absolutely NO 4-wheeling, as it is a violation of Turo's vehicle rental agreement. The vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracker and is only checked at the end of the trip if any signs of 4-wheeling/Off-roading are noticed. Absolutely NO pets of any type. Do to Allergies in our family, we are unable to accommodate pets in our vehicle. If any signs of pets are detected a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. Doors and hardtop are not to be taken off the vehicle for any reason. No towing, hauling or moving heavy item, no pull trailers. An additional $5 processing fee will be added to express lane/toll road usage fees. No need to clean the exterior if there is snow on the ground but please keep the interior clean for the next guest. Treat the vehicle like your own and enjoy the ride!

Using 4 Wheel Drive
The car will be set to RWD when you pick up. If you encounter icy conditions, please engage the 4WD. There is a secondary lever to the left of the shifter. Pull the left handle back (hard) to engage 4WD High - you will see a light on the dashboard by the speedometer that says 4WD to confirm you have this engaged. Please do not engage the 4wd low as this is only for crawling. Additionally, with Jeeps, 4WD is only intended for straight line driving. Turning tightly with 4WD is very tough on the differentials and can cause significant damage.

This Jeep was perfect for our family winter vacation to Vail. We ran into some really bad weather our way to vail and this truck handled great. Would definitely rent again. Pick up and drop off process was seamless and Matt was easy to communicate with. Thanks Matt!
