A fee of $250 will be charged for any hair/fur or pet waste removal. -Premium Unleaded Gas required (receipts required) -No smoking/vaping ($250 Fine) -Late return fees will be charged based on the current going daily rate and starts 15 minutes after your trip was scheduled to end. -You are responsible to cover any and all (as an additional charge) tolls, tickets, and other related charges that occurred during your trip starting when you pick up the car and ending when the car has been successfully checked back in. (This could take up to but not limited to 60 days after your trip has ended) -When returning the vehicle you are responsible for cleaning and vacuuming out the car. We can handle this for you if you are running short on time for a small fee. - You will be charged the going rate for reimbursed fuel and inconvenience fee of $10 for any portion of the gas tank left empty. -No food (you may light snack) -Return with the same amount of gas (full) as it had at the start of the trip. (Unless with prepaid refuel) We can offer delivery services on most of our cars!! However, with that guests are entirely responsible to cover all parking fees associated with their delivery location within a 24hr period before and after your trips scheduled times. When we contact you we will explain the details.

• Do I have to Pay for my Parking Ticket?

  You must pay all tickets (other than moving violations and photo tickets) for violations committed during a trip. You’re also responsible for all parking tickets, tows, and related fines received up to 24 hours after the end of the trip if the ticket, tow, or fine was the result of improper parking. You DON'T have to pay for tickets that are related to the car itself, such as tickets for tinted windows, “fix-it” tickets, or tickets for a lack of registration or insurance. • What Fuel does it take? Do I need to provide a Fuel Receipt?

  This vehicle takes Unleaded "Premium" Fuel. Please keep your gas receipts in the center console or glove compartment.

• What are examples of leaving the car dirty that would cause a "Cleaning Fee"?

  The vehicle should be in the same condition as how you got the vehicle! Guest usually get charged on these issues below: Sand on the floor Food in the vehicle Items left in the vehicle Ashes Unknown substances/stains

• How do I find my rental car once I have landed at the airport?

  Once you have all of your luggage, I will drop it off in the West economy lot. To reach the West Economy Lot, exit through the glass doors at the south end of the Jeppesen Terminal and take the escalator to the DEN Transit Center on the ground level. The Transit Center is located adjacent to the ground level of the Westin Hotel. At the Transit Center, board a free shuttle to the parking lot and get off at shuttle stop T3. Pick up your car from a Turo-designated spot in row T3 or U3, spaces 1-10. See the map below for the location of the West Economy Lot, T3 airport shuttle stop, and the Turo-permitted parking spaces. I will send you pics of the exact location of your vehicle once you land.

• What should I do to prepare myself for check-in?

  Turo requires that all hosts confirm the guest's identity prior to letting them drive their car. Please upload 2 photos to your trip photos the day before your check-in: ** First photo: of your driver’s license. ** Second photo of you holding your driver’s license to your face (make sure you are not blocking your face with your driver’s license). I must be able to see your driver’s license clearly in these photos. • What If I go over my given miles?

  Keep in mind, most rentals on Turo have strict limits for mileage. My rental allowed for 250 miles per day. So if you’re planning to use Turo to book a car for a road trip, be sure to run the numbers to avoid excess mileage fees. I give a 20-mile flexibility waiver period so that the car can get back to the given pick-up location if need be. For example: If you happen to go 25 miles over the given daily mileage, you will be subjected to pay the extra mileage fee for all 25 miles. You can also add Unlimited miles to your trip for an additional $49/day.
