Juan went above and beyond for us during a crazy holiday travel scenario with the airports. Flight was delayed hours and we landed very late, but Juan was still able to accommodate us without hesitation. Anyone else would have gone about their night and cancelled. Without that accommodation I would have been stuck in Newark with a toddler and no car seat. Will definitely be using Juan’s services again. Amazing service , thank you again my family and I appreciate it !!
