Hello, my name is Yelana and I own a car rental business, Denver Auto Rentals. Some of my vehicles are listed on Turo. Our cars are perfect vehicles for a Colorado Adventure!! Once you book any of our vehicles, instructions will be sent to you via Turo Messenger. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, this will ensure that you experience fast and efficient service. Please only communicate with us via Turo messenger unless it is an emergency. Pick-up at our office location or we will deliver to any location within 25 miles of our office located at 14901 E. Hampden Ave., Aurora CO 80014. Our office location is approximately 25 miles from the airport. The vehicle will be available based on the location you have indicated in your reservation. Please make sure you have selected an accurate pickup location. A host cannot modify your reservation on your behalf. DIA DELIVERY AND DROP-OFF: All rental cars reserved for DIA delivery and drop-off will be at West Economy Parking lot at DIA, we cannot deliver any of our cars to arrivals/departures per law. The West Economy parking lot is a paid lot meaning that all guests should be prepared to pay for parking when picking up their car rental. In order to ensure your vehicle is not late, we may deliver vehicles to the west economy parking lot hours in advance. Parking at West Economy Parking lot is $18/day. This price may change if DIA makes changes to its prices. You are encouraged to contact ground transportation to confirm parking prices. They can be reached at 303-342-4059. Per Turo policy, the guest is responsible for payment. DIA shuttles take you to the West Economy Parking lot. There are times when the shuttle is NOT operating. A host is not notified when this occurs. Without the DIA shuttle, getting to the West Economy Parking lot is about a 1-mile walk. Ground transportation can be reached at 303-342-4059. DIRECTIONS TO THE WEST ECONOMY PARKING LOT. The west economy parking lot is located on the ground level outside, past the parking garage. You can walk to the west economy parking lot, but it is about a mile walk. If you wish to use the DIA shuttle, Exit through the glass doors at the south end of the Jeppesen Terminal and take the escalator to the DEN Transit Center on the ground level. The transit center is located adjacent to the ground level of the Westin Hotel. At the transit center, board the free DIA shuttle to the west economy parking lot and get off at shuttle stop T3. All our check-ins/check-outs are contactless to ensure convenience and safety. Vehicles will only be available to the primary driver for pickup and drop-off. The primary driver must have a valid driver’s license. Primary driver must add additional driver(s) through Turo app in order for them to be authorized drivers. Turo makes determinations as to who to accept as additional drivers NOT hosts. So if you see "pending" next to your additional driver requests, you are not waiting on me, please contact Turo. ALL driver(s) must have a valid driver’s license. TOLL ROADS: Please log on to the toll road website and create an account before your arrival. I am picking up my car rental at your office location. What do I do once I have arrived at your office?
If you have not done so already, please upload two photos to the Turo application. ** First photo: of your driver’s license. ** Second photo of you holding your driver’s license to your face (make sure you are not blocking your face with your driver’s license). I must be able to see your driver’s license clearly in these photos. You can find the car at the main entrance of our building. Once you arrive at the car, please take one last photo of you next to the car. Once you message me that all 3 photos have been uploaded to the Turo application (go to your reservation and look for trip photos or under detail trip photos) I will send you the lockbox code. The lockbox can be found at our main entrance on the outside left railing. I will also upload a photo to the trip photos in the Turo application of the lockbox just in case.
What should I do to prepare myself for check-in?
Turo requires that all hosts confirm the guests identity prior to letting them drive their car. Please upload 2 photos to your trip photos the day before your check-in: ** First photo: of your driver’s license. ** Second photo of you holding your driver’s license to your face (make sure you are not blocking your face with your driver’s license). Truck was perfect for our trip

Minor issues—there was no windshield washer fluid, which caused a little white knuckling through snowy passes; and for paying market price I didn’t appreciate the marijuana smells. Otherwise, speedy communication and still love Turo!
Thank you for your review. We made sure that the vehicle had the appropriate amount of windshield washer fluid at the start of your trip. Depending on your use, it is possible for the car to become low on windshield washer fluid. We were unaware of the marijuana smell prior to your trip. We made sure to run the car through an ionizer and a deep clean after your trip. We appreciate your business.

This was literally the best experience I’ve ever had on Turo

Pick up was fairly easy if you can find someone to show you your location. The parking lot could be confusing. A direct location sent via Google map or Apple map would make pick up process much easier. Everything else was nice and smooth besides there was no windshield liquid.
