First off, communication was great. The shuttle and pick up location was quick and easy. The vehicle had some miles but was in overall good condition. I was satisfied but a few minor things could be improved.
1) First thing when I got in, the dash had a message that the keyfob battery was low. It never went out on the trip but it was concerning.
2) There is a fault in the 110 volt system preventing charging of larger devices, which we actually wanted to use.
3) There was some debris in the bed and I got this vehicle specifically to use the bed.
Relatively minor as the truck got us safely out to ski in the midst of a solid snowstorm.
I would rent again but hope these issues would be rectified for a top-notch experience.
