WE APPRECIATE YOU BOOKING YOUR RIDE WITH US!! Listed below are the guidelines for the vehicle you selected. Please follow these guidelines so we can continue to provide quality rides to our guests. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks again! 🔹️SMOKING: No smoking/vaping is permitted! IF SMOKE IS DETECTED THERE WILL BE A $250 SMOKE REMOVAL FEE. 🔹️NO PETS: Pet hair/odor is extremely hard to remove from car fabrics. $150 extensive cleaning fee will be charged 🔹️Cleaning Fee: Car should be returned close to the condition in which it was received. Take all trash, clean up stickiness/spills, vacuum if needed, etc. Failure to do so will incur $60-$150 charge unless you purchased post-cleaning. 🔹️Tickets: Please give me a heads up about any tickets or unpaid tolls so I dont receive any surprise bills in the mail. Once I have recieved the bill in mail, you will be invoiced through the Turo Platform. 🔹️Refuel: Return car at gas level in which it was received. If you did not purchase prepaid fuel you will be charged the refill price + a $10 inconvenience fee. 🔹️Late Fee: -After 30mins, half the daily trip rate will be charged -After 2hrs, the daily trip rate will be charged + a $20 inconvenience fee 🔹️Mileage: 200/day included, if you exceed limit a fee will be charged by Turo per mile. 🔹️Extension: Extensions MUST be requested through the Turo Platform. 🔹️Lost Key: Automatic $300 charge 🔹️Damage Fee varies and will be based upon professional estimate 🔹️Only Use Car Features you are familiar with. (ie. cruise control, manual gear shift, etc.)
