The car was only charged at 50% when I picked it up. The video states it would be charged between 75-80%.

Great experience all around. The Tesla was clean and in great shape. Host were quick to answer any questions. Pick up and drop off was contactless and very easy. I’ll definitely rent again when back in Orlando.

Great car and host, I forgot to charge it, and I asked for permission on delay drop-off and then kindly made an exception! I'm not used to EVs and forgot the time it takes to charge it cause a miscalculation of my timing.
