Description

Plenty of room for the whole family/squad in our 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander, Steve; a cross between smart and sleek. This 7 passenger vehicle is not only spacious, with plenty of configurations for cargo, but economical for its size and in terms of its gas usage, as you'll see with its eco mode features. We don't know where you're going, but our Outlander’s got you covered. We hope that your AutoFlex experience will leave you asking, “Where to Next? Do not worry, I always try to answer your questions as quickly as possible and you are allowed to cancel your reservation at no cost within 4 hours of booking and up to 24 hours before your trip start time.

Parking details

Unfortunately, parking options are not offered at our location as your vehicle may be towed. Please arrange to be dropped off at the vehicle location. Apologies for any inconvenience. 

 When arriving at the vehicle location’s guardhouse, please let them know you’re here for Gavin at unit 345.

Guidelines

We ask that you do not have any pets in the vehicle to prevent allergic reactions from happening to future guests. Thank you. Any violation of the no pet policy will be subject to a $50 cleaning fee. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 

Absolutely no smoking in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed in the event that smoking is suspected to have occurred in the vehicle.

Faqs

  • Do I have to wash, vacuum, and clean the car upon return?

    Yes, you as a guest should expect me to provide you with a clean ready to go car. In turn, you must return the car in the same condition in which you received it. If you select the "Post-Trip Cleaning" extra, you do not have to return the car washed and cleaned. Per Turo Policy: If you return the car significantly dirtier, you may incur a cleaning fee anywhere from $30 to $250*, depending on the severity. Please return the car clean.

  • How does the E-Z Pass (toll pass) work?

    All tolls and applicable fees (incl. device admin fee) incurred during the rental period will be your responsibility and charges will be billed through Turo a few days after the vehicle is returned. I will provide you upon request an EZPass/Toll statement that supports the charges.

  • I read somewhere about a free car wash. How do I redeem this offer?

    That’s correct, we require you to return our vehicles cleaned just like the condition you received it in order to be courteous to the next guest. You can visit my local car wash, Livingston Circle Car Wash, located at 395 W Northfield Rd, Livingston, NJ 07039. Simply have them scan the barcode on the windshield and the car wash will be on us! This offer can only be redeemed once and we recommend using it before returning the vehicle to avoid any cleaning charges. They’re open 8AM-6PM Monday through Saturday and 8AM-5PM on Sunday.

Everything from start to finish was super easy and seamless. The car was in perfect condition and ran perfectly. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and load up luggage. Having the EZ pass ready for use was a huge time saver too. Highly recommend! Looking forward to renting another car from Gavin and Frank, next time will be one of the BMWs!
