Renting Porawan and Gino’s car was a dream. I have had a few poor experiences with the regular rental car companies (Hertz) and wanted to try something new. This was my first time trying Turo, and they set the bar high. :-) It was so magical to be greeted and immediately receive the car, without waiting in a huge line like a normal rental company. On the way home, Gino helped wheel our luggage to the airport and put it on the agriculture check, then wheeled it to the checked luggage desk. (We had a 5 year old, car seat, and multiple bags, so he was doing us a special favor) Again, his customer service and amazing personality and demeanor made this experience so tremendous. He was such an angel. And of course, their car was top notch. I really wanted a pretty white car with light interior for Hawaii, and it was perfect.

It was a great size car for going around Maui. We really enjoyed how smooth it rode. We received it very clean and the car in general is in pretty prestige condition. Very comfortable. Bluetooth hook up worked great. Really appreciated the Hawai’in music USB they left for us. Our contact was very responsive to our messages and kept in touch with them to provide updates on when we would be ready to meet them at the airport. Great experience overall, would use this car again!

This is one of the best on the island. Always prompt, friendly, and the vehicle is clean and comfortable. This was our second time renting this same vehicle...it's a great one for island travel. Highly recommend.
