There's a convenient gas station called PDX Travel Center on NE Airport Way you can fill up at before dropping the vehicle off for your return.

First time user of Turo, will definitely use it again. The ability to choose the vehicle you’re going to rent and the cost was better than the rental car companies. My host Michael was a pleasure to deal with, went out of his way to make sure my trip was excellent.
