Am I responsible for filling the tank full after my trip is completed?
All guests are responsible for returning the car on the same level of gas unless the Prepaid Fuel option under the “Extras” section is selected.
How to request to extend or shorten your trip
Follow these instructions: 1. Log onto turo.com or to the Turo mobile app. 2. Open your Trips tab. 3. Click or tap “Booked.” 4. Select the trip you’d like to change. 5. Select the “Change trip” button at the top right of the screen. 6. Choose “Change trip length.” 7. Enter your new start or end time and write a message to your host. 8. Submit your request.
What if I have parking tickets or tolls during my rental?
Please let me know upfront so I can try to pay right away to avoid late charges. If you don’t tell me, there will be an additional $25 fee on top of what you owe for the ticket or toll charges.
Do I need to clean the vehicle upon being done using it?
The car should be returned in the same condition received. There is an option under the “Extras” section for a post-trip cleaning which includes vacuuming and cleaning the interior consoles and car wash. The additional charge will apply if the car is in a significantly different condition from when it was received.

Xu followed through on everything he said he would do to accommodate us and made airport drop off & pickup very convenient for my family. The jeep was clean and fun to drive. So much better than getting stuck with some random rental car and dealing with the hassles that come with traditional rental car companies.
