No, we do not have E-ZPass for the cars . You can still go through the E-ZPass Lane but you would get billed sent to you eventually of Toll.
Do you mind smoking?
Yes, I charge $250 for any lingering smell of marijuana or cigarettes.
Could I ‘Drop-Off’ the vehicle earlier than scheduled?
Yes, that is fine. You can Drop off a vehicle ‘earlier’ but you cannot be ‘Late’ dropping off a Vehicle. Contact me through Turo first for Confirmation of earlier drop off.
Does the car have to have a full tank before returned?
Yes, each car has to be returned with a FULL gas tank, not partial. We will charge a $10 inconvenience fee regarding Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.
What are the ‘Late Fees’?
You have a grace period of 30 minuets when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle, Each 30 minuets you’re late you will get charged.
Can I come earlier than scheduled to ‘Pick Up’ the car?
No, you cannot come early to pick up any vehicle.
Could I extend My trip if I wanted to?
It is possible for you to extend your trip you would just have to contact me first because it could be booked for another client.

My first TURO ride and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t factor in the fees with tolls and filling back up the gas tank before returning it. That was the only down side, but no fault to Stephen and his company, gas prices are just insane. Still cheaper than renting a car through Uber or zip car. Try not to forget your license like the girl who rented a car with them around the same time, that backed my pickup time a little, but again not their fault.
