Could I ‘Drop-Off’ the vehicle earlier than scheduled?
Yess, that is fine. You can Drop off a vehicle ‘earlier’ but you cannot be ‘Late’ dropping off a Vehicle. Contact me through Turo first for Confirmation of earlier drop off.
What are the ‘Late Fees’?
You have a grace period of 30 minuets when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle, Each 30 minuets you’re late you will get charged.
Does the car have to have a full tank before returned?
Yes, each car has to be returned with a FULL gas tank, not partial. We will charge a $10 inconvenience fee regarding Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.
Offer E-ZPass?
No, we do not have E-ZPass for the cars . You can still go through the E-ZPass Lane but you would get billed sent to you eventually of Toll.
Can I come earlier than scheduled to ‘Pick Up’ the car?
No, you cannot come early to pick up a vehicle.
Could I extend My trip if I wanted to?
It is possible for you to extend your trip you would just have to contact me first because it could be booked for another client.
Do you mind smoking?
Yes, I charge $250 for any lingering smell of marijuana or tobacco.

This is not a regular peer to peer renter but a third rate car rental business masquerading as such. I learned only after making the booking that I could not return the car early. I was forced to keep the car overnight in a very safe neighborhood and woke up to find the driver side mirror smashed and tire flat. Car came with no lug tool to change the tire so had to call tow truck to deliver vehicle and was forced to pay for an extra day. When I called the police to report the damage the host refused to provide their information to the police even though it was required to file a police report. My bill so far is more than $718 that was supposed to be a one day rental. I declined the protection plan from Turo as I thought my credit card insurance would apply. I have since found out that peer to peer rentals aren’t covered by Turo. And even if I had purchased the protection plan Turo agents reminded me that their protection plan is not insurance so buyer beware. This has been my most stressful rental with Turo. It’s better to try finding deals with traditional car rental agencies.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Turo, when a car is damaged there is not much a host can do but to follow their policies. I stayed communicative the whole time and tired to help with the situation as best as I can. Turo is the insurance and no other information needs to be provided for a report. Also not every car comes with a tool to change it so the best solution to the problem was a tow truck. Unfair that you gave us this rating for something that wasn't our fault and out of hands
