This policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. You may not smoke in any car, even if you believe your host or a previous guest may have done so. If you return a car with physical evidence of smoking, your host can report the issue to Turo. When they do, the customer support team will review the required evidence. If it clearly shows physical evidence of smoking, we’ll charge you a smoking violation fee of $250 plus an additional 3% process fee and remove you from Turo. Justine was amazing! Car was perfect. She made everything so easy. Pick up and drop off 👌 car was clean she even left some refreshments and recommended some great restaurants in the area! I will definitely be looking to rent from her again next time we are in this area!

Our experience working with Justine was absolutely terrific and hassle-free. She was prompt and clear in all communications and the vehicle was in great condition and very clean. She even met us at the airport to speed the transitions. We would DEFINITELY rent from Justine again.
