Rental Policy: 1. ⛑️ Safety First: There is a first aid kit inside the vehicle equipped with a tamper seal. In case of minor emergencies, you can twist off the seal for access. Please drive responsibly and avoid any reckless behavior that endangers yourself or others. 2. 🦺Roadside and Accident Information: Inside the glovebox, you'll find a roadside assistance contract card and an accident report sheet. In the event of an emergency, please prioritize your safety and contact emergency services first, followed by notifying us for further assistance. 3. 🅿️ Vehicle Return & Parking: Ensure the vehicle is returned to the designated location provided at the beginning of your rental. If there's a specific parking spot or procedure, adhere to those instructions for a smooth return process. 4. 📄 Insurance Reminder: While insurance is mandatory, please double-check you have the correct and sufficient coverage for the duration of your rental. This is for your protection as well as ours. 5. ⛽ Fuel Requirements: Our vehicles require regular gas with an 87-octane rating. Please do not use Flex fuel. 6. 🚫 No Pets: While we love animals, we kindly ask you to keep your furry friends at home to maintain the cleanliness of our vehicles. 7. ⏱️ Punctuality: If you need to adjust the duration of your trip, please notify us before your scheduled return time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 8. 🚭 No Smoking/Vaping or Drugs: Smoking or using drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Returning the vehicle excessively dirty or smelling of smoke will incur a $150 cleaning fee.    Examples of returning the vehicle excessively dirty include:    - Excessive dirt, mud, or stains on the seats, carpets, or upholstery.    - Spills or food debris that may cause lingering odors or damage.    - Leaving trash, wrappers, or personal belongings inside the vehicle.    - Any damage to the interior that goes beyond normal wear and tear.    For a hassle-free return process, consider professional auto detailing to ensure the interior is clean, thereby avoiding our $150 cleaning fee. 9. 🚗 Exterior Cleaning: You're not required to wash the exterior of the vehicle, and we advise against using automatic car wash stations due to potential paint damage. 10. 🚔 Charges Responsibility: You're accountable for fines, tolls, congestion charges, parking fines, and similar charges incurred during your rental. We may cover these initially, but you must reimburse us. 11. ⏭️ VA E-ZPass Flex Usage: 1. Standard Toll Mode: Default setting for solo drivers or with one passenger. Tolls are automatically paid, with charges applied to your rental bill. 2. HOV Mode (Toll-Free): Only activate when meeting High-Occupancy Vehicle requirements (typically 2-3 individuals). Allows free use of designated toll lanes. WARNING ⚠️ Improper use of HOV mode, such as without required passengers, results in fines. All fines will be charged to your rental account. 12. 🚧 Damage Responsibility: Insurance is mandatory, but you'll need to cover deductibles and non-warranted items like damage to wheels, tires, and windshields. 13. 🌞Enjoy Your Drive: We want you to have a fantastic time driving our vehicle.
