Please read the guidelines before checking out to avoid any surprises. ***Important Notes*** - NO SMOKING - NO VAPING - NO E-CIGARETTES Failure to comply with Turo's no-smoking policy will result in a $150 fee to remove the odor and any evidence of smoking. You are responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls, including tolls incurred while using the SunPass (charges incurred during your airport delivery and drop-off are excluded). Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late. If you are late by more than 30 minutes, you will incur late charges. I ask that you follow all Turo policies and procedures. Only approved drivers on your reservation are allowed to drive the vehicle. Use the vehicle as if it were your own. Never leave the vehicle unattended with keys inside or unattended while running. If you would like to bring a pet along with you, please add the pet fee under the "Extras" section when booking your reservation. If the car is returned with significant amounts of pet hair, you will be charged a pet hair removal fee of $150. Please return the car in the same condition as it was provided. I strongly suggest you choose post-trip cleaning as an extra if you believe you won't be able to return the vehicle as clean as it was provided; otherwise, I will request a cleaning reimbursement fee. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, please call Turo roadside assistance and then reach out to me immediately. The vehicle registration, insurance, and emergency numbers are all in the glove box. Please respect the vehicle and be responsible! Enjoy!
