Loved this car/SUV. Very comfortable and easy to drive...plenty of room for 4 and luggage. Handled great...easy on the wallet for gas. Loved that the cigarette lighter USB port was supplied and could accommodate 2 units. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Our flight was 20 mins early (tailwind was pushing us) and we did have to wait, but it did arrive on the original scheduled time. Both Paula and her husband stayed in contact (text and phone) to assure me they were on their way and not to worry. Return was a breeze. Excellent options...keyless entry...automatic lock...electric hatch close...seat warmers...auto lane assist and more.

Mrs. Paula made pick up and drop off very easy, the car was very easy on gas and smooth ride. However, we did have a problem but Mrs. Paula and her son-in-law fixed it and they even made it right with me afterwards for my inconvenience. I really appreciate her for everything.

The car was wonderful and handled well in the icy conditions. The 4-wheel drive was very handy. We did a lot of driving, and didn't have a single issue. Paula was a great host.
