The car will be located at 1676 Monterey Hwy San Jose CA 95112 (behind the building). Make sure you enter in 1676 Monterey Hwy San Jose CA 95112 into the GPS or click on the location in the trip “details” tab, Turo only accepts 1676 Monterey Rd which might take you to the wrong address. Often times I’m working and I’m not able to be present for pickup/drop off. In these cases, the car will be all prepped, cleaned, gassed up, with the keys left in the vehicle so you’ll be ready to hit the road once you arrive!
Guidelines
PLEASE follow these rules as you wouldn’t want the renter before you doing them: •NO SMOKING (Smoking fee will be applied) •NO EATING •NO DRINKING •PREMIUM 91 GAS ONLY •NO OFF ROADING OR DOING ACTIVITIES THAT WILL RESULT IN THE CAR BEING EXTREMELY DIRTY (e.g., driving in mud, sand in the interior, pet hair) Sand and pet hair is very difficult to vacuum from carpets. If you do end up getting sand or pet hair in the interior, please vacuum it before returning the car or a cleaning fee may be applied! • Any fastrack or toll violations will be sent to me and you’ll be charged after the trip Remember, these rules are in place to ensure that every guest can have the best experience possible!
