No smoking. Odor with evidence: $250; No pets allowed. Multiple cleaning issues: cleaning, smoking, or pet hair will result a $250 fee. SJC does not allow curbside pick up or drop off and it’ll be handled contactlessly. As I don’t charge a delivery fee, guest is responsible for the airport garage, capped at $18 for the day. Airport will offer free shuttle services and it’s less than 5 min away from your terminal.
