Car has manual locks/windows, aux input, and lighter port for your phone to charge. Chains are available as an add on. This Jeep Patriot has an upgraded interior with leather finish. It is a great car for your outdoor trips or to get around town. The AC in Jeeps has always been powerful for those hot summer days. Turo is all that I do and am a reliable host on the platform. My main goal is to make sure that you have an enjoyable trip while here in Utah. Thanks for using Turo and keeping the car sharing community alive! Car and process was great! Being a female traveling alone, the pick up location was not the best it being very remote. I would pay more for a better pick up spot next time.

I’ve used Turo for a year and have loved every one. This is the first negative review I’ve left. I was very unimpressed compared to every other trip I’ve been on the last year. Taylor did supply one extra car seat which was very nice. Photos are deceiving. There are only two interior photos and lack the image of the console which would have shown me that it had a cassette player and no way to hook up and charge or play a phone. The other photo shows a door, but doesn’t show that the windows are manual roll up. The doors are manual as well. Maybe I should have known that a 2014 was too old to have modern amenities? The car was clean. The pick up from the airport was difficult with small children. It was parked in economy many bus stops away and directions weren’t clear where to get on the bus from the airport. Next time I guess I’ll research the model beforehand. $90 something a day was way too much for this 2014 Jeep, but it was limited in SLC to what was available with car seats.

Has AUX. Has charger for phone (lighter port) I don’t know why you didn’t see those.. the photos are exactly of the car. Nothing to hide here. Manual windows. People are mad about high prices but that’s just supply and demand.

After several years of largely positive experiences, it was rather upsetting to be compelled to highlight the negatives associated with Taylor. He was wholly unprofessional throughout the process and, glaringly, elected to assume zero responsibility for the engine failures incurred with the vehicle itself. As it happened, our family was forced to delay our trip and actually drive to a mechanic to address the situation. The mechanic informed us that the battery was virtually dead in the water and with such low voltage it was clear that the battery had been in decline for quite some time. While we will likely use Turo again, we advise others against using Taylor as a future resource for a vehicle unless, of course, your looking to create a negative experience. He has that ground more than adequately covered, that much is certain.
