DON'T RENT FROM THIS PAT G!! SHE IS DISHONEST AND TRIES TO SCAM PEOPLE. I picked up the vehicle and the host stated that she only put ½ a tank of gas in it and that she just picked up the vehicle from being detailed. Upon leaving my son found used Mc Donald toys and the cup holder had sticky substance all over it. The navigation didn't work bc she had the wrong SD card. I just used my phone for navigation. I had an issue trying to start the car 3 days prior to my drop off day, it finally started after I let it sit. Then the day I went to return the vehicle it wouldn't start. I contacted the host and let her know that the car wouldn't start and that I was going to see if I could find someone to look at it and try to jump start it. I continued with keeping communicating with the host being this was also going to make my drop off late. I looked for jumper cables and there wasn't jumper cables or a spare tire. I was able to get the car jumped by someone that had person that jumper cables. The guy that helped said that the battery was old and that it need a new one. I updated the host and told her I got it running and was heading over to the drop off. When I got there I told her that I was told by the guy that helped me that battery was old. I also showed her that there was no spare tire or jumper cables and that the navigation had the wrong SD card so navigation doesn't work. I received the car with half a tank and returned with ¾ of a tank. I asked her if she could walk around the car to make sure everything was how I picked it up minus the bird poop on the passenger door. She said it looked good. However, she said I don't know what you did but the car was brand new to her and that battery should be good. I said I'm not sure what your implying. She then said I think you stole my battery and my spare tire. I said wait what? I showed her the pictures I took at pick up and she claimed that I probably took pictures of it after I stole it! She went to start the car and said I did something to it bc there wasn't a key hole to start the car. I pointed out that its a start push with option to use key, as I have a brand new CLS550 back home and know how the car works. She then called turo to say I stole the battery and spare tire and damaged her vehicle. This was her first time renting the car out per her turo account when I rented the car. I am disgusted and feel like this lady has scammed other people and that I was her next target! I always rent through turo and never had issues, this makes me so disappointed. I ended up calling some colleagues from msp police department and asked what to do. Then an officer showed up for a different call and said that by recording the host and taking pictures and offering to get her car jumped was all good to do to protect myself and that its a civil matter. I sincerely hope No One has to go through this. DONT RENT FROM PAT G. from St Paul MN!!

Alysa A.k.a. Karen call the police on me after she show up an hour late. After I text her she claimed that the vehicle will not start. Had my vehicle for 10 days. She try to get me to Rent my vehicle to her outside the app and I told her No. this is 2016 Mercedes with 23,000 miles on Very well matin. My vehicle had to be towed to a maintenance shop to see what’s wrong with it. It will not start, GPS not working and missing spare tire. Karen is a fraud.
