The host communicates clearly and all expectations were clearly laid out from the beginning. The vehicle was nice. I highly recommend.

The car was clean, comfortable, and drove great—definitely a solid rental overall. However, the drop-off was delayed because the host forgot the child safety seat I had requested in advance. While the issue was eventually resolved, communication could have been better, and a bit more acknowledgment of the inconvenience would’ve gone a long way. Giving 4 stars for the overall experience.
