Pet hair found will add $150 detail fee. If you are not purchasing the gas option return the vehicle on a full tank. Please note that the car needs to be returned in the same condition you receive it in. I recommend not to eat in the vehicle as accidents are prone to happen and we would have to charge for the cleanup. Bluetooth is available and I clean the Bluetooth after every trip. Be safe and have a great drive! I am here to make your trip as easy and enjoyable as possible so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions before, during or after your trip as I am here to help! No, we don't have chains as this car is AWD. No Chains provided. This is an AWD vehicle with all weather tires. If roads are asking for AWD to have chains, then we consider the roads to be unsafe and Caltrans has likely deemed travel to those areas to be unsafe. In the event this occurs we ask that you do not rent as you will be responsible for all damages.

Communication and car was on point! Drop off option allowed us to enjoy some extra time. The Subaru was great in the rain and the snow. Would definitely rent with SacTown again!

Great car! Worked perfectly for our trip up to Tahoe. The AWD and all weather tires handled the snow beautifully. The host was communicative and friendly. Would recommend!
