As a friendly reminder, please take note of the following during your trip: - This vehicle is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in the vehicle will result in a smoking fee up to $250. Smoking in someone else's car is just not cool. - We don't mind pets in our vehicles, but please ensure there is no evidence left behind. Excessive pet hair may result in an additional cleaning fee. Dog hair can be hard to remove, so we recommend putting a towel or blanket down. - Please do your best to keep the car clean, but rest assured knowing that we have an unlimited car wash membership and we wash each car between each trip. So no need to take it to the car wash if it has your standard level of dust and dirt. However, excessive dirt, mud, sand, and/or stains will result in additional cleaning fees. - Please refill gas to same level as when you picked it up. This vehicle takes regular gas. If the car is short on gas, we will invoice you for the shortage, and Turo also will automatically apply a $10 refueling fee. - If you use any toll roads or bridges during your trip, no worries. You can either leave cash in the vehicle or we will just invoice you once we receive the toll notice in the mail. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
